Investigation + Litigation Support
Facing a lawsuit is stressful and difficult for anyone or company. As licensed psychologists and experts in workplace behavior, we can provide experienced, unbiased, detailed, and objective expert opinion on all aspects of human behavior at work. Our forensic and expert witness experience includes sexual harassment, workplace injury, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination, safety, and many other legal issues related to the workplace.
Discover: in order to determine if and how we can support you, we start by sitting down with your attorney to go over documentation and gain a deeper understanding of the case and the people behind it.
Diagnose: once we determine that we have the expertise and objectivity to help your attorneys make their case, we will do a thorough review of all existing documentation and provide a verbal or written report stating what we see as the arguments that can, or cannot, be made. Whether we sit on the stand during court proceedings or not, our initial report provides your attorneys with deep and impactful insights about how the psychology of human behavior affects your case.
Develop: in our litigation and expert testimony work, we have supported both the plaintiff and the defendant. If we don’t feel we’re the right experts for your case, we’ll let you know that up front. And if we do feel we can help, we’ll be there to work alongside your attorney, whether that means bringing new perspective to the case, taking the stand, or both.
Not sure what you need?
If you’re facing people problems at work, we’re here to help. And if your team is doing great, we can make them even better. If you give us a little information below, we’ll schedule a consultation with up to three members of your leadership team. During this consultation, we can talk about the challenges and goals facing the most critical resource at the heart of your company: your people. If you decide to work with us after your consultation, the cost of the call will be applied to your contract.
